These are the world's finest Sardines. They are caught in their prime between July and October, hand processed and canned from fresh. No frozen fish is ever used and machine processing is an anathema! Only pure Olive Oil is used for canning and as the base for the Tomato Sauce. The picante sauce contains thin slices of vegetables and whole Piri Piri peppers.
